Acceptance
By using this site or submitting the request form you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Nature of the service
PersonifyFinancialUSA provides information and a request form that connects consumers with third-party lenders and lending partners. We are not a lender, broker, or agent of any lender, and we are not Personify Financial. We do not guarantee that you will receive an offer or be approved.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and a U.S. resident to submit a request.
Consent to contact (TCPA)
By providing a telephone number you expressly consent to receive calls and text messages, including from automatic telephone dialing systems and prerecorded or artificial voices, from us and from lenders and lending partners who receive your request, at that number, for the purpose of responding to your request. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You can revoke consent at any time by replying STOP or contacting the sender.
Electronic communications
You consent to receive disclosures and communications electronically.
Accuracy and no advice
Content is provided "as is" for general information. We do not guarantee accuracy or completeness of lender information, which may change. Nothing on this site is financial, legal or tax advice.
Third parties
Lenders set their own terms and policies. Your agreement with a lender is solely between you and that lender.
Intellectual property
Site content is owned by PersonifyFinancialUSA. Third-party trademarks, including "Personify Financial", belong to their owners.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PersonifyFinancialUSA is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site or any lender's products.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
